Ocean City 34th Street Playground Getting Full Redevelopment
A major change is coming to 34th Street
Ocean City is preparing for a complete redevelopment of the municipal playground and recreation complex near 34th Street and West Avenue.
City Council authorized two construction contracts for the project on August 6, 2026, and Mayor Jay A. Gillian subsequently announced that work is scheduled to begin September 14, 2026.
